How do I create a challenge? Tap the + button on Home and fill in your challenge name, schedule, duration, and optional details.

How do I edit or delete a challenge? Open the challenge menu using the three-dot button and choose Edit or Delete.

How do reminders work? Go to Settings and enable Daily Reminder.

Is my data synced or stored online? No. Tadpole stores your data locally on your device.
